IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. All courses are structured over eight week blocks, having class once a week for an hour. You can enrol for more than one course in a block. Generally you are then entitled to a discount. Visit the Bookings page for more details

2. Bookings for Block 3 starting the week of the 28th of May - NOW OPEN! Please click the schedule page for all the dates and times. Then proceed to the Bookings page to ensure your space is booked.

3. Beginner Bellville class now available & PE Tuesay Beginner Adults class now taught by Nadia, Tarryn & Channey. We hoping to do a 5-9 year old class in PE this block too, but will confirm soonest - keep an eye out here or our Facebook fan page for more info.

4. Payment deadline for Block 3 is the 20th of May 2013 - If you can’t make this deadline, but proceed to book your space, you need to please contact us at dance@dancenigma.com to make payment arrangements which will include a small deposit fee.

Welcome to DancEnigma.

We are the number 1 provider of street dance and hip-hop classes in South Africa especially targetted to Beginner to Intermediate level Adults of all ages, shapes and sizes. Currently we only offer courses in Cape Town (Bellville and Seapoint) and Port Elizabeth.

WHAT IS STREETDANCE?

DancEnigma brings together a synergy of movements and rhythms inspired by Street and Hip-Hop cultures from around the world. Streetdance is not just one particular style of dancing, instead it fuses choreography from a variety of styles making the possibilities endless. Some of the popular Streetdance styles taught on our courses include: Popping, Locking, Vogue, Waacking, Krump, Nu Skool and House.

Our choreography uses some of the best RnB, Pop & Hip Hop tracks around, turning the studio into your own centre stage!

BUT I AM A BEGINNER?

Then you have come to the right studio! Our talented, friendly and energetic Instructors have experience in various styles of dance and have worked with a huge array of different abilities. They aim to teach you some of the best moves around, regardless of your level of experience in dance. We offer our choreography in a fun, friendly and safe environment which will enable you to be the best dancer you can be, as well as being able to discover your own unique style.

Joining a DancEnigma streetdance course will do wonders for your social life too! We go on regular socials and nights out, which makes it an ideal way of making some new friends! The joy and fulfilment that comes with mastering a dance routine also boosts your self-confidence and promotes a healthier lifestyle, without the monotony of another session at the gym.
